Our Story
Waterline Properties is a family owned residential remodeling, design, and rental company. Currently we rent four homes, three located in Orleans, MA. and one in Eastham, MA. We work with our clients to create their own dream home on the Cape.
We have a long history with the Lower Cape, having worked here during college summers and with family living in Orleans and Eastham. Opening a business here has been a long term goal for us. As parents of 4 teenage boys, we always had a difficult time finding homes to rent that suited our needs. With that in mind, we bought a cottage in Orleans (Beach Road), and immediately set about renovating the property. Enjoying renovations before, we decided it would be something we would love to do full time.
Our Mission
We want to design homes we would want to rent and come back to every year.
Our goal is to create a high-end resort feel in all our homes. Depending on the property other amenities may include heated saltwater pools, private yoga/ massage studios, basketball hoop, firepits, outdoor kitchens and bars, cabana, multiple fireplaces, large decks, gourmet kitchens, media room, pool table, ping pong, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, sauna and hot tubs.
Our most recent renovation (Whitecrest) has a spectacular view of Nauset Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean. Meetinghouse has a resort like feel. The landscape design at the 2 larger properties was created by Dave Hawk of Hawk Design, who has been recognized as one of the top 50 Coastal Landscape Architects in 2016 by Ocean Magazine. Dave was the landscape designer for the Forbes awarded 5-star Wequassett Resort and Golf Club.
