• Coordinate all deliveries and day-to-day issues during construction
• Work with client to choose appropriate high-end appliances and cabinetry to achieve the chef-inspired kitchen and bar areas desired
• Point of contact for all contractors
• Daily check-ins with construction and weekly progress reports

Design – Turn-Key – Welcome Home

• Work with client to purchase home furnishings, furniture, rugs and accessories from our contacts in North Carolina
• Coordinate all deliveries, set-up and placement
• Manage all interior and exterior painting and color selection with client approval
• Work with various window treatment resources to marry the design colors and textures together
• Outfit the home with every need – linens, towels, kitchenware, utensils, and bath needs

On-going Maintenance – Continuing to Care

Once the project is over we can provide other services to ensure the continued care and maintenance including, but not limited to:

• Flower bed and yard maintenance
• Pool/hot tub maintenance
• Assist with property rental and negotiate rental commissions with property rental companies
